Whoppee the scale moved. That's the incentive I need to stay on plan I'll keep with it. I must for health sake. I've done it before, I just have to stay with it.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
