I have went from 136 to 227.5 in the last few years. I really think it was grief. I lost my dad and grandparents and 2 fav aunts all with in 4 months time frame a few years ago and started gaining rapidly. It leveled out and I lost my only sibling a year ago and really blew up. I just didnt care. I finally hit the point around T-day that I realized what I have done to myself. I am not one to talk about my feelings and everyone is always amazed how well I have handled all of this. Yep, I self soothed with food! I am ready to take care of me now.

I look forward to the journey with you all!

I'm only a few days into WW. I got all my info off the internet as I did not want to drive 30 miles to a meeting. There is so much info on counting points etc.
