Uggghhhhhh! Birthday luncheons and traveling last week. I did not gain anything, but I didn't lose either. Oh well, at least no gaining! Lots of fruit, lots of veggies and lots of water today. I put the "Crockpot Chicken Chili" on this morning to have for dinner tonight. I found the recipe in this site. Went home at lunch to check on it and it smells great!
