This week is starting off great! It is only Sunday! Anyhow, I had a great week last week. Not so much food wise, but personally great. I did not gain any weight and I ate quite a bit of ice cream and sausage. So, back to healthy. Husband said he wanted "big salads" this week so I went to the store and stocked up. When I got home I chopped everything and divided it up into individual containers so we can each load what we want to on our plates. So, no ice cream this week. Being that I am allergic to it that should go well. Not breathing well never sets well with me, but it just sounded so good last week!
