I'm a little disappointed because on Friday I was 189.5 and today I was 191.5. I think the four meals I ate at restaurants over the weekend got to me. Even though I made good choices, the portions were too big. I should have packed up half to bring home, or just left it on the plate. I get mad at myself when I know what I should do, but I just don't do it. I know better. Goal for this week: do what I know is right! And stick to it!
191.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OK...NOW you have a GOOD plan in place...thats half the battle...other half...do not beat yourself up...but rather, just carry out plan...AND remember...the last 25% is the hardest part of reaching the goal...but YOU are going to DO IT!!!!! It's just a matter of time :)
