My last weigh in on the 21st of April really messed me up...I didn't lose anything that week and since then I've been eating foods I shouldn't be eating..I haven't weighed myself since then but I'm pretty sure I've gained a few pounds, I'm scared to weigh myself...I just need more inspiration in my life. My grandma asked how my diet was going and when I told her I could see the disappointment on her face...Ugh this is very challenging but starting right now I am going to start up my diet again and get more exercise in my routine...tomorrow I'm off to the gym!

Maybe you could focus on the bigger picture; eating healthy and feeling better. Maybe start out with 15 minutes of extra exercise and cutting out sugar? Something along that line. Then if you don't lose a pound during the week, you can still meet a goal of choice. I hope this makes sense.
