Good morning all!!! At least the scale moved again this week, a whole 1.6 lbs!! Not as fab as some of you do, but still downward and that is all that counts for me. Can't stay to gab this morning, computer problems with my telecommute laptop so right after breakfast I will be contacting the Help Desk and who knows how long that will take :) Wishing you all a Happy Monday and good losses (or gains if you are trying to increase your weight).
