Not liking the fact that I am now 8-10 lbs higher to go before I let stressful situations caused me due to hubbys pending surgery and stuff to become sedentary and lazy. So Today I decided to go 100% food blogging and exercise logging. Joined a Challenge of walking for 30 minutes 5 times a week for a month. I have a good quality treadmill at home so there is no excuse. I have been out of work for the past two weeks another week till I start work again. I have an active job that is like a mini aerobic plan for the 4 hours I work . I never realized that when I am not working my body thinks its on vacation as far as being active.Hence sloppy eating habits and no activity caused a good 8-10 lbs to be put on in three weeks time. Im Disgusted so Today is day one of recommitment and in a months time it should come off if I stay faithful to me. It is what it is. Venting 101 I sure feel better
