Feeling Motivated and keeping on Track Today which is Awesome. Yesterday I seemed to be dealing with a " Im so "Freaking Heavy" could not get out of my funk. I hate when those days happen because they depress the heck out of me. I am encouraging myself with readings throughout the internet with my weight issue and support sites

Nutrisystem

NUTRISYSTEM MY FITNESS PAL SITE that I belong to which help me stay focused. Like any recovering "Carboholic" you just have to stay on top of these things. Already documented my food log for the day which helps if you stay true to your plan for the day. Now..... The treadmill which with Hip Arthritis will be a challenge but its only 30 minutes. I can handle it in a 24 hour period Im sure. No excuses this is it. Buddah belly has got to go :)
