So I feel as though I should clarify something from yesterday's journal with my goals. I usually don't eat a big breakfast, hence why I said that I would not be eating veggies with it. When it comes to a mid-morning snack though, that is different. :p

I am really going to try and focus today on eating well. I am hopeful that I can do this. I will need to go and get some more though.
