Today is Monday and I was looking foward to the start of a new week of my fight against fat! I love it, my routine has really started to show results that are very apparent. I have my calorie intake at a healthy level now and even though my weight loss has slowed down a bit I'd rather do it right. To all my Christian peeps out there keep me up in prayer that I have the will to continue.
