It's getting harder and harder for me to drop the pounds. Time to take a look at the diet and the cardio. I don't want my body to get comfortable with my routine. Back to the drawing board lol !!!

I can't say this has been very easy. Went out and was offered every kind of drink under the sun, but where was the water?! I had to actually excuse myself to get a bottle of water. I was thursty!!!

Today is Monday and I was looking foward to the start of a new week of my fight against fat! I love it, my routine has really started to show results that are very apparent. I have my calorie intake at a healthy level now and even though my weight loss has slowed down a bit I'd rather do it right. To all my Christian peeps out there keep me up in prayer that I have the will to continue.

Well I guess that even when we think that we have a handle on things there is always room for improvement. My friend who also happens to be a top grade trainer (you can see for your self on my space under IronMattAllen) just ripped me a new one on how my intake of good calories isn't at the numbers it should be. Hey gotta do it right or the machine breaks down. Thanks Matt for the rebuke I'll get it together. I'm just not hungry lol :)
