Any Gym Junkies Out There?!
Watch out you even work through injuries?! I agree with stayng consistant, but I have to pay the bills. There is one thing you can't skip and that is the cardio, never miss the cardio.

Any Gym Junkies Out There?!
Sounds like you guys have some good routines. Mine is somewhat the same: 30-45 min cardio daily followed by weight training for 1 to 2 hrs. Day1;Chest/tri, Day2;Bicep/back/, Day3;Shoulders/traps, Day4;full body power lifts, and on each day one leg exercise. Depending on how busy my week is I might take a day off of my weights but always keep the cardio. Thats why I keep it to 4 days so I can be flexable during the week.

Exercise Buddy
I know the feeling! When I first started up at the gym I felt that I needed someone to. Never fear the trainers at your gym should be more than happy to help. Yet still if you have some questions or need some easy to advanced training tips I'll be happy to help.
