I have not been following any program of either exercise or diet. Just returned from 1 week vacation that packed on additional 3 pounds! I am back on the wagon now. Journaling my food and exercise every day!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1198 kcal Fat: 49.07g | Prot: 56.01g | Carb: 138.29g.   Breakfast: coffee, quaker oats, Reduced Fat Milk, Clover Honey, Udo's 3-6-9 Blend. Lunch: Salt Free Rice Cakes, trader joes organic peanut butter, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Sweetened with Fruit Juice Concentrates). Dinner: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, butter pat, parmesan cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, romaine lettuce, sweet potato. Snacks/Other: almonds, Fage Total 2% Greek Strained Yogurt, polaner all fruit, coffee, blueberries, gala apple, Reduced Fat Milk. more...
