I had a lovely Saturday at the spa with two friends and then meeting up with all our hubbys in the evening for dinner and beer! I didn't count any calories on that day, but I didn't go over the top either only eating a couple of small sandwiches and small cakes for lunch with a coffee and a starter of toast and pate with a little chutney for dinner - although I do admit that I did manage to drink 3 pints of real ale aswell during the evening. ;)
BUT I think I'm being punished a little too much, because I have been ill since Sunday morning (no, it's not a hangover!) with sickness, diarrhoea and stomach cramps and the last two still haven't stopped - which is now 3 days and counting!
There are advantages, of course - it means I haven't felt like eating and although I tried to eat a little last night, it went straight through me! I can honestly say that I have been well under my calorie allowance for the last 3 days - but I have also not been able to go far from a toilet and have felt very ill, so I've not done any exercise either. :(
I hope to feel better over the next couple of days.
