I just keep bouncing between 167 & 169 & can't seem to make REAL progress in that downward direction. Although my % body fat has gone down, so THAT'S a move in the right direction!
NOT getting discouraged. Coworker & I continue to do 1 or 2 walks/day (M-F) for about 15-25 minutes each. I've started carrying my 2# weights with me to do some upper-body exercises while walking too.
I had wanted to get down under 150 before our July vacation. With only 11 weeks left, I think I'll be lucky to get under 160! :(
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
