Unforunately, been eating more than usual. Not always the right things either....it's okay, though. I am not beating myself up and getting discouraged. I know this is a process, and my cycle is affecting my week. I am still working out, though! I am hoping that will offset the food consumption a little bit. :)

you'll be ok. Just keep the activity going. Even if the scale goes up a bit, it will go back down.

Just remember when we feel like giving up is when we need to go for it twice as hard! You'll be back on track in no time.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it! I agree with both of you.....and my cycle's over so I'm back on track! i'm so excited to be losing more weight and getting stronger.
