Hey everybody, how are you? I am feeling much better. My cycle went away, and I am back in full swing! I've been trying to eat the right things during my cycle, but it sometimes took a turn for the worst. I ate chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. I have to read up on how I can deal with cravings while I am experiencing my cycle. I am not beating myself up, though. We are all human. Shii happens.....you know? SO, it's back to eating right and working out more. We will accomplish our goals, everybody!
