I have recently talked with a man at a meeting on line..he has lost 180 lbs...he was bed bound...he has become an athlete...another lady lost 80 lbs in 8 months...weighing and measuring food and going to meetings on line or in person..OA is everywhere...met a woman from Australia at an on line meeting ..she lost 200 kilos...that is 200 lbs times 2.2...over 400 lbs and has kept it off...this can be done friends..we are open program and we are diverse and welcome anyone who wants to stop eating compulsively ...OA.org
