Thanks for the responses on my post...I did this by weighing and measuring food, not weighing myself, having a defined food plan, not eating flour and sugar and going to Overeaters Anonymous meetings on line..meetings are free 24/7/365 from all over the world...most of us on this site no matter what our weights are food addicts...we are different from people who just need to lose a few pounds...many gain and lose the same 20, 30, 40 lbs or more repeatedly...the classic mark of addiction...we can stop but not stay stopped..OA will enable us to stay stopped..many have 40 years plus of recovery...the same weight maintained over decades..that was what I wanted..I was exhausted with the struggle..I could stay thin ...but I was bat shit crazy with the effort..this has been effortless really....try it or call me 386-527-1641 or text..am in Florida...TOGETHER WE GET BETTER OA MANTRA AND WE ARE NEVER ALONE AGAIN WITH THIS MADNESS OF FOOD ADDICTION
