has a lot of fried fish and prawns in the afternoon . luckily had dinner before eight pm. that's why the weight didn't increase much. looking for a good strong weekend for reducing the weight below 100 which I am trying since two years.
221.3 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So close! Keep 100% committed until you make that under 100kg goal (you can do it this week!), then hopefully that will inspire you to keep committed. There's nothing like making a milestone for sparking the enthusiasm.

Just think how exciting it will be to crack that 100kg mark! And then you will HAVE to keep losing, so you don't jump back over 100!You only have 500g to go to make it- I'm looking forward to hearing you got there, this week. Do it before I go to China on Thursday, please! I might be offline for a while.
