Who would have thought a cookie would have so many carbs. No more cookies or tomato soup. Scale didn't budge , I know why. Was good at a baby shower - didn't partake of ice cream sherbet punch, our cup cakes or other tempting treats. Sure was hard sitting and watching others.

Hope tomorrow is easier.

Soups often have a lot of salt, too, which can stall your loss. Great job avoiding all the treats!

Yes, soups have salt, but tomato soup is packed with nutrients. Love it with my grilled cheese, lol!
