That must have been fun. There is always going to be events which happen in our lives. Many times we can plan for them and still lose weight. When I know I have a function, I try to eat a lighter breakfast and lunch. I get in a good workout to help offset the calories I will be taking in. If you go to an event and are able to stay the same the next day. you have done well. Hope you enjoyed yourself, now get to it. You can lose the weight!!!!
