I got off to a rough start this morning. I overslept so I didn't have time for breakfast...then I overate at lunch. I tried to save the day by eating light for dinner, but I still went over my rdi :(

I am glad I braced myself and regained control instead of having an all day binge/cheat day. Tomorrow will be better.

Great attitude, gal! That's the way it's done, just keep going & tomorrow's always a new chance to do better if you overeat, or if that naughty, sneaky scale with a mind of its own doesn't say what you hoped it would. It sounds so simple, but it helped me a lot when it finally sunk into my brain that every meal, even every bite I take, is a constant choice I have to make about whether or not to over eat, & how serious I am about permanently changing my eating habits to lose weight & be healthier. This can be very hard to remember when faced with tasty treats or an abundance of food, but gets easier with practice. I hope this concept will help you too, & wish you all the best on your healthy eating & weight loss journey. Walkin beside you all the way, GLAMMER
