Fell to temptation when I went to an awards lunch and the dessert was a fabulous cheese tray put right in front of me for AN HOUR -- did I mention they were serving my favorite rose' too?
I did NOT eat the whole thing.But I have a feeling I will not be making my goal this weekend.
Worse, i woke up STARVING, thinking about the cheese.
Time to get out and walk!

142.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

MMMM cheese and wine, lol! I daydream about cheese and wine. So good!

Cheese is my trigger and I can't eat it without gaining. Gee it is suppose to be lowcarb. Maybe it is from my Italian upbringing and the cheese with every meal! & Wine, yep that is also my downfall.
