Well, I finally had to face the music. My trip last week resulted in a gain, but I find that easier to deal with now that I am back on track here at home. I have to continue what's been working and recover from this ninir setback.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For some reason or not... when your away from home or out of your normal environment, hunger control and the ability to make good choices is very difficult.
