NatashaChiara's Journal, 22 April 2015

Well...

Life has been kind of strange the past few weeks. It felt as if I had been so busy my head was spinning the whole time. Now that I'm looking back on it I can't even say what it was that I was so busy doing. My schedule is rearranging itself right now and I've been pretty distracted and I haven't been paying as much attention to myself as I need to be... I'm stuck again, yay plateaus! >.< I haven't been able to spend too much time here either. Thank goodness for the App, if not for it I doubt I'd be getting any logging in. The times that I have been able to drop in for weigh-ins I try to catch up on notifications.

So buddies I am reading your journal entries and supporting you, even when I haven't been able to comment. Everyone keep up your great efforts and thank you for your comments and support too! I hope you all have a good week.

I'm glad you are back! I have to say, life is strange. It's like you try to do things to make everything work out and then it turns out totally different. Sometimes it's just out of our hands. Just take it a day at a time. Oh, and I'm loving that quote. I needed that one.

Sometimes I read my buddies journals but forget to click the Support button! Did you change your foods or snacks? Did you change your exercise? Plateaus are sometimes just your body resting and getting ready to move on down. You are so close to your goal weight that you should not worry at all. You will get there! :)

All that matters is YOU! What is your next goal?

Thank you for the support everyone. Deb_N, I haven't really changed much in what I've been eating or doing. My fiance decided he was going to take over making dinner a few weeks ago and that's when the plateau started. My workout schedule has changed a little bit, four nights of zumba have changed to three night classes and one morning class and I can't seem to adjust to that right now so I'm sure that isn't helping. I'm still on the s-bike and I try to vary the time day to day. Herpinusa, my next goal is 195. I'm trying to keep myself at 5lb goals to stay motivated and so far it seems to be working or it was. ^.^

Ayhan.Bolukbasi, good weeks help but a good life is always the goal, thank you. ^.^ Meohmy125, I try to remember that quote everyday, especially if it is a hard one, it helps keep me balanced. Like you said one day at a time!

Keep putting one foot in front of the other Natasha. It's OK to slow, you may even have to endure a crawl; but under no circumstances can you quit. Keep climbing girl. Be tenacious & take this mountain.
