Well, here is to renewed dedication on better diet. I saw a dietitician yesterday and did get a rather livable plan, so long as I can work on portion size and healthier choices and keep my exercise up, I think I can work towards goal weight in a reasonable manner. Just need to actually focus and TRY this time! :)
