Well, here is to renewed dedication on better diet. I saw a dietitician yesterday and did get a rather livable plan, so long as I can work on portion size and healthier choices and keep my exercise up, I think I can work towards goal weight in a reasonable manner. Just need to actually focus and TRY this time! :)

Well, I haven't been doing enough with diet or exercise, but I think the 180ish mark is my stable weight, so glad to be back at it now. Need to pick up my strictness now...see if I can get below it!

Doing much better on mindset. Still eating more than I should be, especially at night, but measuring portions and really recording what I am eating. Need to keep it up! And, am back to my real base weight at this point...
