Completed the 21 day hormone reset! Today I get to start re-introducing foods I eliminated over the past 3 weeks and see how each new addition makes me feel.
This morning I had my first cup of coffee. I missed coffee more than anything.

Good for you...yeah Im a coffee girl myself with half and half and sweetner during my induction on atkins I had just I cup with 1 sweetner and 2 tbsps. of half and half ..began drinking more and more water and stop drinking tons of diet soda.. funny now Im not even that gun ho for coffee or diet soda anymore. have a great day:)
