I just can not stop eating all afternoons....I even take diet pills, and I am ok during the morning and lunch time but after 3pm I eat and eat and eat...I try doing other things, I am taking a class online or clean or just anything to keep my mind off of eating but nothing is helping....I will even eat veggies like carrots, celery, bell peppers to curb my appetite but a little bit after eating them I am into the Special K snacks. Does anyone have any other clue or tips I can use to stop pigging out in the afternoon

Maybe try something with more protein to hold you over as it is satisfying and will keep hunger at bay.

I reach for a bowl of malt o meal no sugar I hate all hot cereals but eat a bowl every day when I feel like I need to chew. Works for me.

It may be habit, which can be broken. It might also be when your blood sugar levels dip and you get hungry. Maybe rearrange your food times so you can eat more in the afternoon. Plan a few snacks in to your day so you can eat them in the afternoon. You might also try eating some protein every few hours to keep your blood sugar levels from dropping so much.

Protein. Try nuts, I like unsalted peanuts. A half cup of those give lots of protein, good fat, and fiber. And it gives you that crunchy/munchie thing. I always have that problem about 2:30. That's what time the kids were gone and I could snack (retired teacher).
