Gained 5 pounds on the weekend. Simply wonderful. Plus stampede starts Friday. I can never lose in the summer. I must at least try harder to maintain.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I can't believe you gained 5 lbs over a weekend. It is probably one of those temporary weight gains that will disappear quickly as long as you get right back on track. We all have holidays and certain times that will cause us to eat differently. It's long term that really matters. How is the night time eating going?? I have been horrible, head hurts and it triggers me to want to eat non stop. Hang in there, maintenance is good too
