Today hasn't been too bad honestly. A little slow and at moments, I feel a little melancholy but other than that, I feel great. I am proud of myself for working out and almost making it through a full week and I am working on getting my eating back on track. :) So it might seem silly but I had made a fitness planner for myself to track certain things and I have to say...I like seeing that I almost have a complete week finished!
I basically use my fitness planner so schedule in my workouts (like what I did) and to track my total calorie burn along with my steps. I am hoping that to continue looking at these, I will see where I need to improve and go from there. I also have a separate section for my goals and my measurement tracking, another for the workout programs I am doing (this is where I keep the Focus T25 workout schedules) and then another for various notes when I do some research...like on macros and everything.
So far, it seems to be helping to keep me motivated so I hope it continues on.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Ab Intervals is killer. I cannot hold a lot of the poses for too long because they are a tad awkward for me but maybe as time goes on, I can improve on this. We shall see. I otherwise enjoyed it. :)
