I had a rubbish day yesterday which I won't go into and instead of the healthy stir fry I was going to have in the evening I ate a massive bowl of cheesy mash and baked beans oh and chocolate. Feeling depressed today so whenloads of pizza turned up at work for lunch today I ate half a large pizza to myself! Must do better tomorrow.

I must face the pizza demons daily (I work at a pizza place) and many times I fall prey to their wicked trappings! NOT TODAY! I go back to work after being off for 2 weeks (flu) and 4 pounds lighter...no pizza tastes as good as this weight loss feels! Best of luck to you and hope you are feeling better today!

You know what I do when I'm tempted? I go to image search and look for "super-obese people eating." I look at the pictures. I REALLY look. I find it brings my willpower screaming back.

Here's a hint on the pizza. Only eat the toppings. The fat and protein do more for you than the crust. Then drink lots of water because there is usually a lot of salt.

Thanks, I did eat better last night and today so far. I have had to resist chocolates and now I'm eating my lunch next to a table of cakes that have been brought to work, must resist the cake! I will keep reminding myself that I didn't enjoy the pizza as much as I thought I would, and I won't enjoy the cake as much as I think I will either.
