CatHerder's Journal, 14 April 2015

I'm officially off the rotation diet. After being on a diet for a year I've decided it was time to take a break even if I hadn't made my goal. I'll be working up to about 2000 Cals/day or until I'm full and plan on staying there for at least a month. I'll also be eating lower carb for better glucose control, limit to under 100g/day.

It's raining here and it's supposed to rain all week. Yuck! I did do some sprints in the rain yesterday as I won't be able to work out today. I did 10 intervals with part of the track being flooded. I was already getting wet from the rain so a little more water didn't bother me. Tomorrow I'll head to the gym to do intervals as well. Gotta keep up the exercise.

I hope everyone has a great day! We're all in this together.

Picturing you running in the rain reminds me of when we were five and wanted to play outside in it, jumping in puddles. My dad let us sometimes as long as it wasn't thundering :) Great job!
