nowloss.com system works. Just eat less than 2,000 a day and exercise 3 to 5 times a week. It does not have to be for an hour. I am vegan and eat more carbs than protein.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
