last week when I lost 5 pounds on some days I ate 300 to 800 calories a day and other days 1000 to 2000 calories or more. This week I ate 1400 to 2000 recommend calories intake from nowloss but don't feel the weight coming off and I feel fuller. So, I will do what I did last week. Eat much less calories between 300 and 800 calories most days and drink more water. Next time I weight myself in will be next tuesday to see if it has worked like last week.

Well no matter which way you do it, you are cutting calories which leads to weight loss. One might be quicker than the other. It's whatever works well for you.

Thanks for the advice Suzi :) Going on a hiking camping trip tomorrow for 3 days. Better to have fun while losing weight. I did jumping jacks for 20 minutes from nowloss.com and I got bored.

good going! Just make sure you do not skimp on our protein intake or healthy fats! Otherwise you lose muscle and fat! :) Have a fabulous hike!
