The fasting I feel like I have more energy and feel more light in my body. I eat on a schedule from 7am until 5pm and fast the rest of the hours. I don't really exercise on a schedule. I decided to exercise for up to 20 minutes. Yesterday I only did yoga for 20 minutes. I will weight myself every month because I weighed myself weekly and I went up 5 pounds because of food or water weight. I am not sure. Today I weigh myself and I went down. I guess I can't really determine before one month how much I lost but thinking the fasting is helping and now I portion my food which I have to do when I go outside.

lost track of what I ate the last couple of days because I went hiking. Not sure if I consumed more calories or fat than I should have. Now, I will do intermittent fasting for 14 hours a day...eat before 6pm and after 8am everyday.

last week when I lost 5 pounds on some days I ate 300 to 800 calories a day and other days 1000 to 2000 calories or more. This week I ate 1400 to 2000 recommend calories intake from nowloss but don't feel the weight coming off and I feel fuller. So, I will do what I did last week. Eat much less calories between 300 and 800 calories most days and drink more water. Next time I weight myself in will be next tuesday to see if it has worked like last week.

nowloss.com system works. Just eat less than 2,000 a day and exercise 3 to 5 times a week. It does not have to be for an hour. I am vegan and eat more carbs than protein.

Following the program on nowloss.com and need to eat 1463 to 1913 calories a day including healthy carbs in meals. less than 2,000 calories a day.
