I did fairly well yesterday my first day "back on the wagon". My trip to the grocery store was successful except for my mom buying cookies which I gave in to at 11pm last night. *&*^*&%&^%*(*
It felt great to work out yesterday for the first time in a week. The scale was even a bit more forgiving this morning. I'm tracking every day this week to see how much of the vacation weight comes off and how quickly.
