I'm back, yet again. I added a few pounds over the last several weeks while on vacation and then having company of my own. I have joined a challenge that starts today that will help me get back down to where I want to be...at least 6 pounds lighter.
I always do so much better in regards to being accountable to myself about my food choices when I record what I eat. The challenges also motivate me because I am responsible to a team to pull "my weight" to help the team.
My one big obstacle is that school starts back up this week. I will have to make time for myself to insure that I am making healthy food choices, making time to do a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, and recording my food intake.

I completely understand where you are coming from . Your journal entry sounds like something I wrote about myself. Welcome back! I had grand plans for losing during summer break but it's not working out. Maybe the structure of school days will help us (if we can avoid the staff lounge, luncheons, breakfast treats... uh oh. I'm scaring myself)! I'm sure your little gain will be gone soon. Have a great week!
