Day 13 of my hormone reset diet.

My weight loss has stalled for the past 6 days. My average step count from last week to this is down 2000 steps per day. Although my average blood sugar level is down from 92 to 82, and my average net carbs have gone from 74 to 47. This morning my diastolic blood pressure spiked from my normal 60-70 up to 91.

Reflecting I have had a high stress week and have felt as though others have had full demand of my time. Work...husband...son...dogs...I have even had to sacrifice time for the hamster. A nice long walk by myself is over due.

153.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
