last time I weighed in on my scale I weighed 179 but then it just started going up don't know why the doctor did change my meds for depression so im hoping this helps me ... this weight is what I weighed on the doctors scales so now im eating more salads and hope things go better thanks for the support everyone...

Maggie64 please measure yourself also... as you know the scale can lie or change dramatically through what we may have been eating. I hope you have a good day and begin to feel better:)
