I'm ready to begin again this is the beginning of a ten week journey. With god all things are possible I can not believe all the weight I have gained back. I just recently started going to the gym again. I'm determined to look my best for graduation and at the family reunion. My clothes do not fit and people look at me as if to say what has happened. Just as my discipline to study is there I know that I can be disciplined for my weight loss. There is much I need to be thankful for and the fact that God is on my side is one of those things I can genuinely say I'm grateful for. Through Christ I know I can do this thing I just had to make my mind to get it done. Praise God I'm ready Thank you Jesus
