Dollinda's Journal, 07 April 2015

Today is day two I have a long way to go. I was thinking last night I'm not sure how I allowed this to happen. One day at a time though I have a number of events this year I have graduation and my family reunion. But the main reason for my weight loss journey is I'm so out of shape three flights of step had my winded I could hardly catch my breath. I'm like no more. Through the help of God and discipline I can do this. I'm not a quitter today I'm off to the gym. Thank you Jesus Thursday will be my offical weigh in day not sure how much I weigh but it is defintely not 150.
