Good morning all!!! Well unfortunately I have no loss to report this week. The scale has simply refused to move. Haven't binged or eaten any unhealthy foods either. Guess my body decided it needed a rest from nearly non-stop weight loss in small increments for the past year or so. I guess it deserves a short rest. This sedentary temporary contract job is probably the culprit. I have been very lax in getting any exercise. I shall have to make sure to get out of this chair frequently this week and also start doing at least one exercise DVD a day along with some stretching and weights. I'll start with making sure to get out of this chair for at least 5 minutes every hour and walking around to stretch all those muscles. Anyway, at least it wasn't a gain and it's the start of a new week :) Wishing all of you well in your endeavors this week also. Talk again soon :)
