Well found this by accident and giving it a go....was going this the old fashion pen and paper way and may go back to it but doc may find this helpful ...being aided by science for once. Still skeptical but seems to be helping actually my scale has me down 12 lbs since 24 th of march but we shall see next weigh in if md and my home scale cooperate w a match..
Have been doing and interested in the paleo aka clean eating which I translate into real food eating ....no sugars no white potatoes no rice no good bread--lol...really if you do some reading its a diabetic lifestyle way of eating..i know there are extremes everywhere but you have to pick and choose what works for you. Ive lost a lost before but that's another story for another day. I do eat Ezekial sprouted bread in MODERATION I know from adkin diets of the past I cannot forever give up bread and low carb breads I have had suck.. plain and simple there may be some out that I have not tried but Ezekial bread works for me.
