26 days of paleo or a version of paleo non processed foods and only Ezekial bread (1 slice day max) and not every day..real foods veggies I never ate before and fruits....eggs an bacon yes I said bacon in the morning ... I cut my OJ with half water to cut carbs but still get taste in am...lunch is either salad or low sodium cold meat with cheese and or fruit or atkins shake or burger no bun if eating out and unsweet ice tea. Supper is whatever meat I want with either roasted carrots/beets/turnips/parsnips or sweet potato or corn or peas or green beans and dessert well maybe SF jello or Pudding or fruit with SF cool whip most nights not that hungry ...or SF popsicles...found tropical flavor ones are good. Yes I am taking med Qysmia...it has helped to not obsess over whats out in the kitchen but I wont stay on it forever ..cant either with limit on diet meds but with paleo type eating aka clean eating this seems to at least be helping me...dr was pleased with the 26 day loss of 13 lbs. woot woot!
322.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 137.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
