Day 28 - Weigh-in 💃🏾 This diet never disappoints. Now to maintain this during the holidays so that we can start with the next goal in January.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
