Very frustrated, eating right, exercising and not seeing anything happening. I really think stress and lack of sleep along with injuries are causing issues. My goal this week is to get enough sleep as I continue to eat clean.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, both can have an effect on weight loss. Stay on your plan, drink you water, do your best and keep going.

Thanks for the encouragement. AFter my weigh in this morning, I had to go for a quick walk along the lakefront to get my head together. It's so easy to engage in destructive behavior when feeling discouraged at hard work and not seeing any progress.
