Greek yogurt did wonders to my very raw throat yesterday for supper. I've also been averaging about 10 hours of sleep which my voice certainly does need it to rest! Didn't cough as much last night, but also spent a little quality time over the humidifier. I have a meeting today at 1pm. Already feel like I've had too much acid, and haven't had that much.

Appetite is still not up to where it was. Still not exercising inside home yet -- tomorrow starts the sanding and priming process. Once again, I will be in the office during the day, and held up with the humidifier in the bedroom once I get home.

Still praying for the little things - not too much coughing, no acid reflux, and healing of my spider bite. Grateful for the improvement received thus far.

It's always something.
